God's DNA

As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God,  to those who believe in His nam e (John 1:12). Since 1953 much research has been done in the field of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), and during the past decade DNA has become a familiar term to most of us.  Though much about it continues to be a mystery, we are familiar with at least some of its benefits. A parallel with physical DNA can be seen in the work of the Holy Spirit. Physical DNA is present at birth and remains the same throughout a lifetime.  The Holy Spirit enters the heart of believers at the moment of spiritual birth and remains permanently: I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever—the Spirit of Truth…you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you  (John 14:16-17).
